(1) In addition to the tasks, duties and powers mentioned elsewhere in the Constitution and this Act, the other tasks, duties and powers of the Commission shall be as follows:-

• To make recommendations to the provinces regarding the financial equalization grants given by the provinces to local levels,

Prepare the basis of conditional grants to be provided by the province to the local level according to the provincial law and recommend to the province,

Facilitate and support necessary to resolve the disputes arising in relation to the distribution of revenue between the Government of Nepal, the province or the local level,< /li>

Giving suggestions to the Nepal government regarding the grants given by the Nepal government to the provinces and local levels,

Giving necessary suggestions if the Nepal government and provinces request any suggestions regarding revenue distribution,

Nepal In relation to the taxes imposed by the government, provinces and local levels, if the Nepal government, provinces or local levels ask for suggestions, make necessary suggestions. >(2) When giving suggestions or recommendations or preparing frameworks in accordance with the Constitution and this Act, the Commission shall also take the performance of the provincial and local levels as a basis.
